Using The Library

​

We are a nonlending library. Patrons are welcome to access and use the library holdings within the confines of the library during open hours.

​

Volunteer members reshelve and refile library holdings back to their designated places.

Holdings in the Library​

​

  • Books, microfilm, maps, donation land claim records, and biographical records.​
 
  • Records of births, marriages, deaths, and burials in Clackamas County, as well as a selection of records from other Oregon counties.
​
  • Selection of obituaries from local newspaper clippings.

​

  • Reference collections including Native American history, industry, and transportation.

​

  • Family histories donated by local & family researchers.

​

  • Vertical files organized by subject and family name with articles, newspaper clippings, and research notes on topics and families related to Clackamas County and the Oregon country.

  • Access to photographs and documents owned by CCFHS & MOOT can be arranged
